Born in Orange County in 1976, David Michael Lee is a contemporary artist who is redefining Southern California's artistic landscape. He holds a BA in photography and studio art from Columbia College Chicago and an MFA in drawing, painting, and printmaking from California State University Fullerton, blending academic discipline with creative innovation.

Since 2002, Lee has been a dedicated Art Professor, inspiring and guiding the next generation of artists. He also serves as the Director/Curator of the Coastline College Art Gallery in Newport Beach, where he showcases a prestigious array of globally acclaimed multidisciplinary artists. His curatorial vision highlights diverse artistic expressions, enriching the local art scene and fostering a vibrant community for students and art enthusiasts alike.

Lee's captivating artwork has been featured in numerous exhibitions across Southern California and is held in both public and private collections, establishing him as a significant figure in contemporary art.
